Frequently asked questions
Is Ninelings free?
Yes! Ninelings is free to download with no ads. As a launch gift, every Ninelings Plus feature (Family Duel, Wildwood puzzles, unlimited hints and all island themes) is unlocked for our early players, the Founding Bloomers. You'll see this in Settings → Ninelings Plus.
The scanner didn't read my puzzle correctly.
Scanning is in beta and improving with every update. Fill most of the frame with the grid, use good light and keep the page flat. You can drag the corners before saving, and fix any cell on the review screen. Cells with an orange outline are worth double-checking.
Why is there no sound?
On iPhone, Ninelings respects the silent switch, so turn silent mode off. On any device, check your media volume and that Sounds is on in the app's Settings.
Will I lose my garden if I delete the app?
Your progress is stored only on your device, so deleting the app removes it.
Does Ninelings collect my data?
No. See our Privacy Policy.
