Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 11, 2026

Ninelings collects no personal data. It has no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no third-party tracking, and it is suitable for players of all ages, including children.

Information stored on your device

Your game progress (garden, statistics, settings and saved games) is stored only on your device. It is never sent to us or anyone else. Deleting the app deletes this data.

Camera and photos

When you use Scan a Puzzle, the photo is processed entirely on your device to read the numbers: by Apple's Vision framework on iPhone and iPad, and by Google's ML Kit text recognition, built into the app, on Android. Images are never uploaded, stored or shared. The Android app does not have permission to use the internet, so neither Ninelings nor ML Kit can send anything from your device. When you choose a photo from your library, Ninelings can only see the single photo you pick.

Purchases

Ninelings currently has no in-app purchases. If optional purchases are added in a future version, they will be processed entirely by Apple or Google Play: we never receive your name, payment details or account details, and a parental gate (a question for grown-ups) will appear before any purchase.

Children

Ninelings does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13. Because no data is collected, there is nothing to request, correct or delete.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
